The paid first step. Clarity before commitment.
Every project begins with the Discovery Sprint. Over one to three weeks we work out together what should be built, which architecture will hold, what it realistically costs — and whether you actually want it.
This phase is paid but contained. It's the only honest answer to the question 'What will it cost?', because without discovery every estimate is speculation. At the end you receive a requirements document, an architecture sketch, and a defensible effort and timeline estimate for the main phase. If you decide not to continue, you keep these findings either way — they have value on their own.
The Discovery Sprint is also the filter that helps both sides. In these weeks we feel out whether the chemistry is right and whether we're the right partner. You sense whether our working style fits your organisation. Both sides can then decide on solid ground.
Who is this for?
For every project. We don't take on work without a preceding Discovery Sprint.
