Starting Point

Veterinarians are under a double burden: high administrative workload on one side, and often avoidable emergencies and stressed animals on the other. Many pet owners' concerns could be defused with an early preliminary assessment – but a simple, direct digital channel for this was missing. rosypet set out to close this gap while also streamlining administration and maintaining client contact online.

Solution

For rosypet, ZNIPP developed a SaaS platform whose core function is the video call between pet owner and veterinarian. This preliminary assessment enables an initial evaluation before a practice visit becomes necessary – in many cases sparing the animal unnecessary stress and the practice an emergency. Beyond the video call, the platform also addresses other animal experts and bundles functions that digitalise administrative processes, streamline workflows and bring client contact online. Technically, rosypet is built as a Progressive Web App based on Vue and Laravel – usable across platforms, with no installation hurdles for pet owners.

Result

rosypet is in use at several veterinary practices. Administrative effort drops noticeably while customer loyalty grows – because contact between practice and pet owner becomes lower-threshold and more direct. The project shows how well-considered digitalisation relieves real workflows: software that orients itself to the actual needs of practice and pet owner.
