VERSIFY

Insurance brokers operate in a complex, tightly regulated environment – especially in Switzerland. VERSIFY set out to fully digitalise contract management, quote comparison and claims reporting, without compromising on data protection and compliance.

Starting Point

Insurance brokers work in an environment of high complexity and strict regulatory requirements – especially in Switzerland, where data protection, security and compliance are not optional but mandatory. Managing insurance contracts for business clients and public-sector clients such as municipalities is demanding, as is comparing offers and handling claims. Claims reporting in particular is often cumbersome for end customers and resource-intensive for brokers. VERSIFY wanted to fully digitalise these processes – without compromising on data protection and compliance.

Solution

Together with VERSIFY, ZNIPP built a platform on which customers manage their insurance contracts online, request new offers, and analyse and compare quotes. An AI-powered chat assistant guides users through claims reporting, helps answer the questions and upload the documents, and accompanies the rest of the process. For brokers, the platform includes internal tools that enable fully digitalised workflows and more efficient client support. AI is used not only in the chat, but also in the structured analysis of insurance offers and in the correspondence with insurers – AI-native, not retrofitted. The MVP was built in a few months, with Swiss data protection and compliance an integral part of the architecture from the very start.

Result

The first pilot customers are live and enthusiastic – particularly about the analysis features and the noticeably lower effort in case handling. After the fast MVP, we are now developing the platform further based on real user experience. VERSIFY shows how speed, genuine business understanding and regulatory diligence can be combined: software that fits the demanding environment of the insurance industry – not the other way around.
